Job Title: Area Manager Fashion Retail

As Ara Manager for any of our international Brands, your role is to ensure a very strong focus on Employee Engagement and Management through effective Training, Coaching and Development, Customer Satisfaction, Hiring and Succession Planning. You will be responsible to maximize sales at Stores in your assigned Areas and effectively manage cost & expenses through strategic business management and using tools provided by the Company. Your role supervises multiple store locations and travel will be required across Saudi Arabic to provide support and directions to your store’s teams. You will demonstrate our Company Values and Objectives by being a role model who exemplifies the Company philosophy.

- Must read, write and speak Arabic and English fluently

Additional Qualifications:

- Preferably minimum 2+ years Fashion industry experience
- Multi-store supervision experience is a plus
- Must be flexible to travel across Saudi Arabia and outside of country when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure they are accurately and timely documented. - Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments. - Sales & Bank Reconciliation:
